Have you heard of The Bookworm Box? It’s an independent bookstore founded by Colleen Hoover, only one of my favorite authors ever. It is a 501(3)c non-profit organization that donates profits from sales to various charities across the country! Colleen Hoover is primarily a romance writer, so the store mostly supplies romance novels (though there is a shelf of other books). What else is special about it?! ALL books are donated by the authors/publishers, and they are all signed!!

The Bookworm Box also organizes a monthly subscription box that supports indie authors and raises money for charity. They even boast exclusive covers for many of the (signed) books from the subscription box! It is truly a unique experience and one I hope to relive again in the future.

On top of all that, Sulphur Springs (where the store is located) is SO CUTE! The downtown area is large for a Texas downtown square, and there are plenty of fun boutiques, food, and coffee places to explore.
